Extended Fasting
When my 48 hour fast was supposed to end last night, I decided to keep on going! I'm going to allow myself 2 slices of bread (one in the morning and one at night), its 70 cals, and it's whole wheat. I have an internship interview today, I really hope I get it. I really need one.

This fast is going to go as long as I can. Hopefully I'll be able to push 5 days, I haven't gone that long in forever. I heard that after you fast for a few days you're body goes into ketosis and you lose your appetite. I WANT THAT!! I am also going to buy some appetite suppressants to make things a little easier on myself. Any recommendations? I heard Hoodia and Green Tea pills. Heres some thinspo for you ladies and gents :) enjoy:

Ah another morning waking up with an empty stomach, I do love that feeling!

Anyway yesterday was actually pretty good. I had a smoothie to curb the munchies, some chicken, and flan. But I haven't had anything since then. I would like to start a fast, at least a 48 hour fast. I am going to count from dinner since I haven't had anything since. Comment if you want to join, everyone is welcome to :) we can make a competition out of it!

DInner finished about six. So I'll start from there.

EDIT 2: Wow this is getting tough, but i'm staying motivated i'm almost there! i just have to get through work and i'm done, what are some good things to break fasts with?, and how is everyone doing if you chose to fast with me?

 It wasn't so bad, definitely better then the other night. No dinner :) I had some cookies, but purged them up. I haven't weighed myself yet, I dont think I will today, but I feel lighter then yesterday and my stomach is definitely smaller :) Sorry for the short entry but I have some stuff to do today.

Last night.
 UUUGGGHHH!!! last night was terrible!!! I was doing great all day. I only had a Syrian snack which is all herbs and spices, a little bit of olive oil, on whole wheat pita bread. It is less then 100 calories I bet. (Since my grandmother makes it there is no nutritional facts) But then all of a sudden the fatass in me decided he wanted burgers. So I made and ate a two burgers. Didn't even purge, next time, today, right now, will be different I promised ana and myself!

Well I am new here. I joined this because my friend said this is a great place to meet other people for support. I am a (straight) ana boy, I know we are rare, but we need support too! I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs ASAP.
