Ah another morning waking up with an empty stomach, I do love that feeling!

Anyway yesterday was actually pretty good. I had a smoothie to curb the munchies, some chicken, and flan. But I haven't had anything since then. I would like to start a fast, at least a 48 hour fast. I am going to count from dinner since I haven't had anything since. Comment if you want to join, everyone is welcome to :) we can make a competition out of it!

DInner finished about six. So I'll start from there.

6 pm, 7, 8 , 9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

EDIT 2: Wow this is getting tough, but i'm staying motivated i'm almost there! i just have to get through work and i'm done, what are some good things to break fasts with?, and how is everyone doing if you chose to fast with me?

Iv made it 18 and a half hours so far.
been drinking lots and lots of water

Hey, good job! Stay strong :) you're almost there. I think I'm gonna do one this weekend because I don't work
. I don't really have any suggestions on what to eat after you're done but I would try to eat something healthy so you continue to feel great :)
